Well, only two rounds to go and as tight at the top of the tipping table as it is in the League itself. League Leaders Sevenoaks are at Maidenhead who have won their last three games, so could be a bit tricky, while North Walsham visit Tring, whose form seems to have dipped dramatically of late. Dorking are at home to Wimbledon where a win is a must for D's to keep 3rd placed North Walsham at bay given their Victory on Saturday moves them to within 3 pts of Dorking It is still a bit of an unknown as to who gets the extra 2 promotion spots after the 2 auto promotions from each Regional League LSE South West Midlands North Sevenoaks 102 Exeter Uni 106 Newport 104 Otley 106 Dorking 97 Hornets 104 Sheffield 96 Preston Grasshopers 103 North Walsham 94 Old Redcliffians 101 Syston 84 Blackburn 91 Hertford 91 If it were to be simply the best placed 3rd's it looks like one of those must come from the South West with LSE probably next best placed but of course we will have no idea until the RFU decide CS Stags Sidcup Dorking Wimbledon Hertford Sutton & Epsom Maidenhead Sevenoaks Tring North Walsham Tunbridge Wells Havant Westcombe Park Brighton Good luck to all Edited by Shamrose - 04 Apr 2022 at 14:31 |

CS Stags Sidcup 0-5 U20s or no, Sidcup to win. Dorking Wimbledon 5-0 Dorking to keep up the pressure at the top. Hertford Sutton & Epsom 5-0 No lunches in 40 years then 2 come along in the same season. Maidenhead Sevenoaks 0-5 Can't see Sevenoaks doing a Devon Loch. Tring North Walsham 5-2 Tring to finish the season on a high with a stunning victory. Tunbridge Wells Havant 0-5 Havant too much for TW. Westcombe Park Brighton 5-0 Brighton seem to have fallen apart a bit. I mentioned back in September that a daft performance against Tring would cost us. Add to that an equally daft one at TW (daft as in top on a 13 match unbeaten run v second bottom) and that was that. The other 3 teams at the top were just too consistent this year and congratulations to all of them on their promotion.

Carlos - you're jumping the gun a bit here, only Sevenoaks are absolutely certain of promotion at this stage (and that only because they cannot be overtaken by any of the potential best 3rd finishers). Maybe the odds suggest it WILL be those top 3 promoted but not yet!
