We all know what a cracking league Nat1 is so what are people's expectations for next season? Winner? Relegated? Surprise package etc...

Rams to do well but come up just short end up fourth. Rosslyn Park to look good but finish second and lose the play-offs. No idea who will win, though. And relegation is just as confusing.

It would seem a few sides have had some quite large changes in personnel, Leicester Lions had nine players and coaching staff leave, mostly retiring and it looks like a fair number of young players recruited, mostly from the BUCS competition, so not really able to make many predictions yet.

The major problem for whoever finishes second is the time delay between the respective dates the Championship and Nat 1 finish the regular season.
The final games in Nat 1 are on April 25th whereas the Championship is 9th May which means it will at least 3 weeks between the end of the Nat 1 regular season and the play off. Also, could someone enlighten me as to whether the play off is over 2 legs or 1, in which case it would presumably be on the home ground of the Championship team?

Plus what rules are they going to play, but that depends on the ref as half the time the laws just get in the way 😂😂
