Raider999 I think we have had this discussion before. I think there is a secondary motive at the RFU to reduce the amount of travel payments. None of their suggestions have actually done anything about overall travel. Especially as after they reduce the number of league games, they panic and add national cups with extensive travel. The problem is, any proper solution would likely mean completely reorganizing CBs and Divisions. And nobody wants to do that.
