A deserved win for Caldy today, who were very impressive playing against the strong wind in the first half, leading 10-0 at the break.

Chinnor came back to lead 12-10 after Caldy started kicking to them, but with Caldy kicking penalties rather than going for the corner they led 16-12 before a late try clinched the victory.

A full review is in the attached for anyone interested

Going to be interesting now

City slickers next 2 games on the road at Sale and Cindy
No love lost there

Bottom wow TJs gone
If games are won in hand the mighty Club are 3rd from bottom and looking at that trap door.

Full debrief be out later this week
But Rams and Cambridge have blown open both ends of this league

Now where is that bottle of Malbec?

Well deserved win on the road for Rams today. Should possibly have been a wider margin, but having lost a couple of close games this season I'd take that.
Enjoying life!

As you can tell, not many (in the three-quarters)! Thoroughly entertaining game despite the result, it was the former players reunion so there were ~250 eating the pre-match lunch. Certainly was a game of 2 halves thanks to a ferocious westerly wind.

Looked like there was quite a serious leg injury to one of the Sale forwards - I hope he recovers soon.

There is truth and there is untruth, and if you cling to the truth even against the whole world, you are not mad.

One of our forwards dislocated and fractured his knee. Had surgery on it today, fingers crossed that works well for him as he's an integral part of our club both on and off the pitch.

As for the game, it was definitely interesting! I was pleased to have the honour of speaking before the match to 250 people of which more than 150 were past players. It was an excellent turnout for an entertaining game. To be honest, there can't be many games where you concede 40 points and still win.
