Probably because there is no 2nd xv and they rely heavily on loan players from Exeter Chiefs etc This is not good for club rugby

And how much is it costing to send a team from Devon upto Darlington? Overnight stay - maybe even two?? If Plymouth were to be relegated it might just save Chester from the South West

The cost should be immaterial as this game was planned from last July and budgeted for what wasn’t probably in the plan was the increased fuel costs but not sure how Albion are travelling

Judging by the lack of players, I would expect the peleton to have left Monday morning complete with tents (and some of Caldy's famous pot noodles?) They should reach the ground 30 mins before the kick-off - play the game and then do the reverse journey returning in time for next Saturday's match.  Edited by Raider999 - 08 Apr 2022 at 19:18 |

I am clutching at straws this week after the Caldy win at Park .... In the interests of keeping
