Sad news.
Puli passed away last Sunday. I had heard he had contracted leukaemia a short while ago. He was a past player and referee of some standing and also a past President of Yorkshire. Whilst we didn't always agree on rugby matters, he was a nice guy. ------------- All Knwoing All Seeing |

Peter was a great rugby man ,always looked forward to meeting up with him ,very sad news deepest condolences to his family. ------------- is it stours year yet |

I received an e-mail from his daughter Kirsten this morning. Peter's funeral will be at Saint Augustines Church, Hedon, on November 14th at 11-30 am, to be followed by a funeral reception at the Hull RUFC clubhouse at 1-00 pm. All are welcome to attend. Peter was involved in the formation of Hull RUFC in 1992 and was a regular supporter of the club ever since. He will be sadly missed by all at our club. Rest in peace Peter.
