For our Centenary season we are considering appointing a Club Captain. We have never had one before, just a 1st XV captain. If you have experience of or thoughts on such a position can you let me know, please?

I believe Taunton have one. We’re exploring the idea as well.

I'm sure Donny had Matt Challinor has club captain and Michael Hills as captain on the field

That we did.

Hills was the better communicator on the pitch and Challi was a beast in training so it worked really well
