Another good result against tough opposition. Had the weather been a little kinder last week I think the game would have been very similar to today. We started well, but yet again when the front row substitutions were made we struggled to assert our dominance and Redruth were able to use the momentum to get right back into the game. Chester have started to gel as a team this season, having lost a number of key players to retirement over the last few years. Having James Preston back in the side has really helped, brought a bit more stability to the kicking. Ben Ivory is another standout. We'll see where we are come Christmas, but if this is anything to go by I'm hoping for a top four finish. Sedge are in the mix still I see.
